Whistle/Whine while on highway
My 2013 LR4 has started to sound a little like an airplane while between 50-70 mph.
Recently had the front diff replaced for some funky vibrations. The diff replacement didn't fix the vibration and left me with a small jet plane engine that sounds like its coming from the speakers by the dash.
I'm 99% sure its not wind noise because it depends on whether I'm accelerating. sometimes you can hear it on decel but its much quieter. My wife who never hears any car noises even heard this one.
The mystery vibrations (for the curious) is like a pulsing WOOOMP WOOOMP thats very rhythmic and comes in at 65mph and leaves at 75.
I've seen similar threads where this noise comes from the front diff when the bearings start to go. Any ideas?
