Default White smoke and water out of exhaust pipe

Recently, upon starting the engine, I've noticed significant white smoke emanating from the exhaust, accompanied by water being pushed out of the water lines and radiator reserve. This has me quite worried, and I'm hoping that some experienced users here might shed some light on what could be causing these symptoms and how I might go about resolving them and how to stop it from getting worse while i ground it

sounds like blown head gasket(s). You should have the coolant analyzed for ehaust gasses

Default IMPORTED and REPLACED

I imported from LR4 and water was leaking bad. Before I drove 1400km to home I replaced attached photo and I dont think mechanic placed right coolant. If this is damage of head gasket. do you think there is not damage in the cylinder like rust or ?

Engine is still starting but may be every 3rd time or so. Also anything that I have be careful with please ?
