ok I saw a thread and cannot find it now had drawings to build your own sliders or have them built, anyone know?

I think DiscoMike has drawings. A buddy of mine that builds buggies built mine. Nothing fancy but stout.

those look fine I would just need to weld on some step tubes, love the running boards but they keep getting hung up on stuff

where the long supports bolt to the frame are you using pre existing holes or are they new drilled?

New drilled holes. I will be adding tree bars/steps soon

Those look good, but since they run such a long distance to the frame, where I assume they are bolted, one would think that they would bend upward a bit, if slid on big boulders? Many years ago, I ran running boards, but found them to hang up on rocks when creeping around narrow jeep trails in Montana mountains, so I never did like running boards when in the mountains on narrow trails.

I believe the angle iron welded to the inside is to bolt to the rocker panel;

It only takes 3 or 4" grade 8 bolts to secure the slider to the body, look at the picture below.
They do not need to be attached to the frame, those long arms just give you more things to get hung up on in the rocks.

Mike, I may be weong because Im on my phone but, that pic you put up looks like its in CAD or some sort of solidworks. Does that mean you happen to have the measurements and stuff for those pictured? If so I'd sure appreciate them.
