Default Can any one help

Hi I am in the process of building a hybrid from a disco, and making a 90 out of it, so has anyone had any experience of changing a disco log book into a 90? I guess dvla will want a engineers report? So far I have used all the running gear axles, gearbox, engine, steering, only 90 parts are chassis and body, anyone have any advise? Thanks in advance

where are you building this? U.S., U.K., other? Every state in the US has different rules, but generally it's not legal to just swap the VIN to a new frame (chassis) or body either. You need to contact your local agency to see what they require and, more importantly, what they will and will not allow. Kinda sounds like what you are building would be considered a kit car, so might even be in a different category yet.
