Default Deka Intimidator AGM Battery - My Thoughts

Just wanted to share, last year I added an aux battery on my LR3. Did homework and it seemed Deka Intimidator AGM batteries were a solid option. I got the 9A47 rated for 60Ah. Only running an ARB fridge. (Averaging ~1-1.5amp draw per hour). From day one, 12 hours of run time and I was down to 11.8v. Now, a year later, I am lucky to get 6 hours before it drops to 11.5v. Going to replace it under warranty but still bummed that I dropped $200+ on a battery that's worse than a cheapo!

A real disappointment as previously just running a Walmart or Costco SLA battery would run the fridge 24 hours with no noticeable dip in voltage.

How is it charging? Short charging it often can cause an early failure.

When in use with the fridge, it is connected to my 100w solar system. When not, it is connected to the vehicle battery/alternator via a battery disconnect system (also a battery maintainer when parked long term).
