Dual Battery System

You can charge a trailer battery using the cable in an 7 pin connector (would be about a 10 or 12 gauge).
No one can say what you need for the trailer as you haven't provided enough information.
- The entire load you'll have on the trailer battery
- How long you'll have the load on it.
- Capacity of the battery you are thinking of getting
- How long you'll have the trailer connected to the tow vehicle while towing, on average (to calculate the level of charge you'll get).

Default Dual Batteries and IBS system

Completed install. No picture of IBS monitor that is in cabin. Used a JL power distribution block to keep things clean. I have a winch, Air Force One air brake module,(for when vehicle is in tow) and IBS system wired to the battery system. I plan to add a fuse and relay block when I add off road lights.
