Default Flush mount LED reverse lights DII

Just finished up installed some reverse lights on an 03 disco. Iíve got the safari gard bumpers which eliminate the bumper mounted reverse and fog lights. I got these on amazon for a little over $20. Iíve been running them on my Pickup for over 2 years without issue. The space is tight but they will fit the disco. Hereís some pics
