Painting interior components
My headliner is painted, with good results. I was wondering if anyone has painted other interior components such as A or B pillars, grab handles, etc. Will grab handles in particular stand up to use once painted? Type of paint to use? Number of coats? Any advice or experience appreciated!

Good adhesion is all about the prep, it must be clean. I sprayed some Civic trunk panels, came out actually pretty nice. Since that was the first time I used it, I am not sure on how it is holding up...sold the car.

I painted my A-pillar interior covers matte black. I installed an oil pressure guage and needed to move the tweeter cover up a little for the proper fit. They look cool. I used Rustolium spray can Truck Bed liner. Same as on my rear steel bumper, and wheel arches. The finish has texture to it. Looks great next to the dash and continues black the ceiling which I like. Seems to adhere well and has looked great for 2 years now. Here is a link...sorry the pictures were taken at night.
