Rangie to Disco Axle swap?
I have a 1991 Range Rover Classic parts truck with a detroit locker in the rear axle. Will this stock rear axle fit (bolt on) under the rear of a 1996 Discovery I'm considering purchasing? Thanks, Dan

The axles are the same width (Disco I was based on the RRC chassis and running gear with a few minor mods) but you may find that the shock absorber mountings on the axle are different as most RRC had the shock absorbers mounted one to the rear and one to the front of the axle casing.
