i made the brackets just pick up some welding steel 2" square tubing from home depot... cut your pieces to your liking " 2" long is what I did and then cut longways to give me 2 pieces of angle basically... then weld on part to bottom of rack with the 90deg against rack bottom and strait bar to fit in channel of disco... then braze or weld on a 3/8" bolt horizontally to that bar so it will have a threaded stud.. then take the other piece of 2" cut angle and flip it over so it hooks under the lip on roof of disco and drill hole to accommodate the bolt... then just get 3/8" specialty cabinet nuts from home depot and your done! ill draw a sketch if u want...

Could you please expand on your bracket design? I think Ive found the fencing brackets you were referring to but not sure how you adapted them to clamp the drop rail.

One the 90 degree bracket I welded a piece of 1/8'' steel to the bracket itself, it is 1" wide. and is the length of the bracket. I then trilled holes in the piece of steel, so that it fits between the bottom of the rain gutter, and over the rain gutter. In the holes I put to hex head screws to clamp down in the rain gutter. I will post a picture following this comment.
