Default Service and Driveshaft Replacement question

2003 Disco II - 120,000 miles recently purchased (from what I can tell, the driveshaft has not been rebuilt so I am on borrowed time)

I have started the 60K service and have a few questions.
1. I plan on putting in the Magnacore wires - where is the best (cheapest) place to get these

2. I noticed that several people use the Bosch Plantinum +4 plugs but I can't find an listing for the Disco II on the Bosch website. Which ones to I get.

3. I am arranging to have my front driveshaft rebuilt with the greasible u-joints and centering ball. If I drive to the local hobby shop to remove the front driveshaft can I drive home without the front driveshaft installed while I wait for the driveshaft to be rebuilt? I know I need to mark the shaft and flange for fit up later. Is there anything else that needs to be done to do this correctly? I noticed in another thread someone said to "lock the transfer case." Exactly how do I do that if it is required for my Disco? Thanks for the help. I am planning on doing this soon so would appreciate a quick response if possible.

Thanks for the rapid response.
