Default Sliding sun visor repair clip?

Stumbled onto this on YouTube. Anyone know where to find one? I've got an extra L-bracket somewhere...looks easy enough to make.

Lightbulb Made my own, now fixed.

Ok, got bored and fixed it:

Broken clip

Ground the leading edge down flat. Didn't have to be perfect since I was using a glue gun; if using superglue may need to pay more attention so it marries up flat.

Cutting wheels and an extra bracket I sacrificed for the new clip...

New clip. Bent it 90 degrees with a hammer and square end of a hatchet. Bent it the rest of the way with a set of pliers.

High-strength hot glue gun, clamped in place

Finished product. Should have left the tail end of the new clip a bit longer to have more surface area for glue adhesion. May break out the sharpie and black it out. Works like a champ!

Glad to help, hope it went well! I may not know much about the engine or electronics, but stupid cheap/free mods are something I'm always looking for.
