Stripping brown church roof rack

I tried grinding it off and it just melts and clogs up my grinding wheel. Tried jasco stripper and it did not even penetrate the coating. I have several rusty areas so plan on stripping the entire thing.

I thought the insinuation was there. Looking for any suggestions on how to remove the thick plastic coating that remains.

Check with any sandblasting company. Most have different blast mediums that will remove the coating, but not harm the metal underneath.

I tried a method offered up on EXPO. Heat gun. I scored the plastic and heated it up to pliable and it just peels off.
