Anywhere to find this instead of buying the snout with the smaller pullery and having to get the puller, pull it and add the $285 smaller pulley?

Personally, I would recommend the 15% pulley for everyday road use. It is a noticeable increase in power, but not too much so that it decreases reliability. It also doesn't require a tune. As far as I am aware, it is recommended to get a tune for anything smaller 192.168.100.1 192.168.1.1 than 17.
