what type of fog lights...?

Default what type of fog lights...?
I'm trying to replace my stock fog lights on my 99 range rover with custom blue bulbs... yet I can't figure out whether they are h3, h4 etc... All the manual says is that they are 55 watt. Does anyone know the type of bulbs they are?
