I was able to do it no problem with my launch setup. Key position was important however.

I don't I drove into Atlanta and met @gmfain at Ikea and reset his. I believe it was a 2018

So i guess we are back to square 1, we know the 2017 can be reset but not 2018?
anyone here with a 2018 has been able to reset the service counter?

Update:
Just called the dealer and they want me to pay for another oil change to reset my service reminder......
i need another solution for this.

 

Call customer service. 800-637-6837 they will call your dealer. Dealers are suppose to reset for free.

my only issue with that is, I'm 100 miles from the dealer.
