Anyone replaced "Discovery" lettering with "Land Rover"??

VERY NICE! I like the brushed alum look too, Not a fan of the blacked out stuff...Except...MY Disco is black so....
Where did you buy the letters? Cost??

I gotta say i like it. That was bold but it paid off. Regarding black, personally yea i agree that black may fit the look better but it still looks good. Especially the front.

Our D5 is blacked out so we'd go that way if we ever ventured to try, though it's leased - so probably won't!

Looks good. How is adhesion? I bought letters made for the LR3/4 and they seem to quite match the curve of the hood.

i got them on eBay for about $35 total for both sets with templates.

they adhere very well so far, just typical 3m tape were on the letters. It was much easier with the template.

I think the silver looks best on the white. Black letters, to me, on the bright surface would look like "look at me - I have a Land Rover". I have the dark gray paint now so I will use dark letters,

Were the original letters silver or dark grey? I saw one with dark grey letters yesterday and after looking as a whole i like the lighter color. Black would be a stark contrast. The grey looked like a nice medium.
