vehicle is 2018 LR Discovery Sport HSE. Just purchased yesterday. Everything was fine till lunch. Went to drive home noticed the engine seemed to be running rough and A/C was on full fan speed even
though it was set on auto. Put that down to extreme heat and continued driving. Eventually noticed that engine light was on and went to local garage to have code scanned.
code read as follows: B1412-96 "quiescent current control module internal failure." Freaked out on the salesperson at dealership, I'm afraid. So, my question is; Where is this module located in vehicle and what costs am I looking at for repair?
Thanks for listening to my rant.

You’re in the wrong forum section for the Discovery Sport, so it’s unlikely any of us know as this section is for the full size Discovery which is a completely different vehicle (and my dislike of LR’s naming convention continues).

Wouldn't a 2018 still be on warranty?
