Default Blacked out on everything

This morning at around 5am woke up it was around 48F was going to the gym, the trunk would not open when I used the key remote. I opened manually and proceeded to the gym. On the way the dash blacked out and but the vehicle felt normal and the touchscreen worked fine and reached my destination Turned off the vehicles and went into my business. When I came back everything was out. No remote, no door no start/stop worked, all the screens (Touch and dash) were out off no signs of life. I thought it was the the key battery, I replaced still no life, thought battery issue so called AAA battery was good. No help I had to tow the car home.

Did you hard reset it ? a.k.a. remove the terminals on the battery for 10 min, and reconnect ?

Usually, if you remove the lead from the battery ( + ), wait about 10 min, and then reconnect. Most of the times, if there isn't a bigger issue, this would clear it. Also, it is always good to have a 10 mm wrench with you. You never know when this may come back.
( long wheel base )
( Land Rover Discovery Sport )
Hope this helps.
