I retained the Brembo from my D4, it looks the same like what AirRyan posted, unfortunately the part number differ ( LR 016661 vs LR 039524 ), well I guess I will have to buy another pair of calipers then.,
AirRyan lists out all the parts very well above. You need one of everything except the caliper bolts, you need 2, and splash shield bolts you need 4. Then you just buy the pads of your choice. I went with Brembo Sport pads front and rear, they are great but dust like crazy.

Just got back from a few thousand mile towing trip. These brakes make SUCH a difference. Completely different experience, sooo much stopping power and fade resistance. If you tow I cannot recommend this upgrade enough.
