Default Can you perform tranny flush with car on the ground?

I am wondering,
if tranny fluid flush can be done with car on the ground? plenty of access when suspension is on highest.

my concern is (pardon me new owner) when car is stretched up and protective covers are removed to access tranny, could things flex somehow? Are these covers structural too?

obviously, safety first, I would put jacks under jack points just in case it resets to normal height which does not look like it is the case - I started/stopped the car, and it stays high
Just curious if anyone thought of or tried this?....

It's tempting to crawl under when raised on air suspension but it would be crazy to do this without jackstands.
