Has anyone had issues opening the dash compartment behind the HVAC controls that contains the CD player? It just started yesterday. I push the open button and the compartment does not open. I didn't have much time to troubleshoot before I had to head to the airport on a trip, but I couldn't get it to come open.

 

It's a common problem where the latch gets out of alignment.

The dealer can fix it.

Or, if you need to get into it sooner, press the button and pull the door open with the volume **** at the same time.
