I have a 2019 model year (68 Plate ) disco and it came back from the dealer with water in iit after they jetwashed it. I managed to get it replaced under warranty but belive it should be a sealed unit. I've attached some documentation that you may find useful. Lighting info gives examples of what LR class as a fault in regards to water getting in.
