Started doing the front and rear lower control arms this weekend. Turned into a bigger job. Recommend using caution when removing the front lower, the baskside of the balljoint end is sharp. So sharp that it sliced the CV axle boot about a 1/16" causing grease to run out as I was removing the joint from the knuckle. I was not even being forceful. LR wanted to rinse me for $1200 after a core return for a new axle. I settled for the NAPA unit for $200. The knuckle side of the shaft was seized no amount of hammering would get it out; appears the face of the axle was rusted to the backside of the bearing. Other than that the control arm R&R is a fairly easy job.
Anyone have to replace worn out lower control arm bushings yet? When my independent inspected the discovery at 53k miles they said they were worn. Now it's at 77k and I think I hear clunking over bumps at slow speed and it seems to wander more at highway speeds. I'd be interested in the R&R procedure if anyone has it
In case others are still looking... Bushings removal hardly seems worth the effort without a hydraulic press.

Received front forward and rear Lemforder control arms from Advanced Factors out of the UK. Fast shipping and slightly less cost than ordering domestic. I recommend. I'll be installing this weekend.
What are the part numbers for the Lemforder control arms?

I ended up buying a $160 hub puller to get the axle pushed out; well worth the spend. Other than that the control arm R&R is a fairly easy job.
You shouldn't need a puller for this job. I tore a cv boot on accident and had to replace it. Nevertheless, I bought it from my local NAPA part number SER 2251
