Had better experiences with Safelite.

That's my concern. I'd prefer having the crack repaired (if possible) and living with any imperfections.

It's up near the rear-view mirror, and not bothersome from a line of sight perspective.

You can see the crack's path through the matrix, up top, and then curve toward the passenger side right below the mirror.

How long is it?
Also had one bulls-eye (penny size) fixed at Safelite, the intention is to hold it from getting worse, it is still very visible after the repair. In the past 5 years, had replaced 2 windshields and repaired 3 bulls-eyes...

I'd recommend this kit, had used it twice, filled up cracks pretty well.
