That is an illusion. Apparently the stainless bar that goes up and down the dash photographs as invisible. The umbrella is in that net pocket though. Has anyone bought the umbrella holders that mount to the front of the seats from some other rovers? I'd like to do something else with umbrellas considering we need them fairly often being coastal here.

 

I totally would have assumed they all had the storage -- agree, it is huge. I remember when I first learned all trims didn't have the sliding "cover" for the cupholders. When I saw a pic, I thought it must be a Discovery Sport. Definitely changes the look.

 

I had the Dealer replace my cup holder assembly earlier this year. Works much better now
