Nürburgring: been there, done it on the motorcycle, but wouldn't dare to take the D5 for a spin....

That's strange. I can't figure out a reason there'd only be (2) switches.

Maybe it's one of those versions that are only 2 seater to save on taxes. These is some weird tax situation in some European countries that necessitate people to by the "cargo" version of a vehicle then once its paid off they can convert.
