Has anyone tried to fit one of the Defender gear carriers to their Discovery? Are they even functional? Wondering if its even possible... Looks like it just fits into the roof rail mounts.

 

don’t think it would work. The bottom of the box is secured by drilling into the white trim you see here and then bolted to existing mounting points behind the trim.

the disco doesn’t have such trim, unless you wanna drill into the body itself.
