The first pinpoint test in the workshop manual: confirm a good electrical source. Does the battery read 12.6v after sitting all night and with the engine not started yet?

So we have now found out. In addition to the telematics module, the ECU module has also failed, i.e. it can no longer be upgraded from software 10.2 and higher, so we have to buy a new one with the latest software.
Landrover is now dead for me, it's the biggest ****ty brand ever, expensive as hell, no goodwill, nothing at all. The damage is around CHF 4000 or EUR 3900. landrover sucks, there are much better vehicles. They are beautiful, if you drive them, they drive, otherwise only problems.
The first and last Land Rover I bought. Selling it now. Just this damage incl. engine I am now at EUR 22500. They did not want to pay partout. Engine had been 50000km almost 4 years old. F... off landrover.
