Thanks, as do I. It may take a while though as I've been told they look at one issue at a time and only then do they move on to the next.
FYI, I've got a long list.

Yes on the latest software. Although I've used LKA since 2018 with no issues.

What else is on your list? Anything the forum can help with?

Yes my ( normal/regular ) lane keep works very well now as well.

Thanks, but before I post my laundry list of issues ( and I just may ) I want to give LR the opportunity to fix them as they've stated that it's all pivi related. If it as the case, then not much the forum members can do really.but thanks

yes on both loaner Discovery and loaner Velar models Ive experienced this with the Pivo pro systems (I think the loaner cars were 2022-2023) But not on FFRR with Touch In control System 2021 which I have. There maybe a glitch on the newer gen assistive driving SW

the other weird behavior is on the HOV lanes in SoCal with LKA enabled on the Velar - for whatever reason the car steering turns futher into the center divide. It might be confusing all the yellow , dashed whites, and 2x solid white lanes on the HOV - so take care

This happened to me with no cars in my immediate vicinity on the highway recently.

Thanks,
