Long List... 1st year ownership woes
Hi guys... been awhile. Quick (unfortunate) update:
So, it’s been a tough year with the 2018 HSE... And my wife has finally had enough. I’m contacting the GM at our dealership tomorrow to schedule a meeting.
So far since buying the car last March, we’ve dealt with:
Bad SIM card (over 2 week fix)
Apple CarPlay wouldn’t work for awhile (software update finally solved)
WiFi wouldn’t work (finally solved)
Air Compressor malfunction (needed replacing)
Heated seats (barely) work/stopped working (still not fixed)
Dreaded Windshield leak (temp fix applied, but still no replacement yet)
Rear Panarmaic roof shade just broke & ripped
3 different rattles... 1 fixed... second one in second row seat sort-of fixed... third one (in the dash speaker cover) still not fixed
We love this truck, but just can’t take it anymore. We’ll see how it goes.
