Default Cooling System D5 Si6

I'm getting ready to do a coolant drain and fill which I've done before.
How do I know if I have the older upper and lower coolant outlet pipes (are these what are also called crossover pipes?).
I understand that the upper and lower coolant outlet pipes were redesigned due to weakness in the plastic welds.
There's a Technical Buletin: JTB00566NAS4 dated 23 MAY 2018 that addresses this issue (attached) but not necessarily the D5.
Replacing the lower pipe looks to be fairly involved, removing the supercharger, intake manifold, and throttle body.
Looks like replacing just the upper pipe is fairly easy.
Since my D5 is a 2017 maybe it has the new pipes - it takes JLR a long time to issue a bulletin after they figure out a fix.
I know this was an issue on the LR4 also. Is it an issue on the D5?

New style on the left. Don't forget about the rear cross over pipe as well. The fronts are now available also in aluminum on ebay or Amazon. I picked up one during the prime day sales as a backup.
