Well guys I just got my Disco, going to add on my mods to this thread instead of creating a new one. I have a few mods planned and will update here as well, going to add Front Runner rack and sourced different wheels from an RRS that I will add KO2s too and throw them on. Pumped to have it!
Thanks Mike! Hope you don't mind me joining your mods thread. I got a 2018 Diesel HSE Lux, needed 4 zone climate for my two dogs. I have two wolf hybrids so need to be able to pump cold air in the back. My three needs were 4 zone, capability plus and black headliner, I really like Carpathian Grey so the one I could find has: Capability Plus, Drive Pro, Vision and 7 seat lux. I didn't like the silver Discovery Script, vents and grill so negotiated the dealer to install part of the Dynamic package.
I did find 20" black RRS wheel, picking them up tomorrow. Didn't score as well as you since I need to get tires but for $950 got 4 RRS wheels with TPMS, the guy also Ceramic coated them which is awesome. Hoping over the weekend I can go to a Discount Tire and get KO2s installed.
I live 2 miles from a Front Runner shop so stopped by there today to talk about the rack, currently deciding between putting the full rack on or having it altered so that its shorter to help with wind noise. The downfall to shorter is that it would be installed leveraging their clip on system verses being installed by screwing into OEM rails. That being said the front of the rack would be behind the sunroof so should help with wind noise.

Living near FrontRunner must not be an advantage. You save on shipping and get their advice, but I bet you buy more stuff.
Your wheels sound like a deal too. Someday I’ll need to spend on powder coating mine.
My wife drove the Discovery to her bookgroup tonight. The husband of the woman hosting just got a Disco. He wants the details on the rack and lightbar tomorrow. Need to get referral perks.
Thanks Mike! I will let you know, going to chat with them again tomorrow to see if I go shorter or longer am I able to switch it back. The shorter version is 53" long verse the standard 69". Basically Long set-up has 9 slats and shorter would be 7 slats. Leveraging the clip-on installation also affects the amount of weight up top but we shall see. And yeah I was in there today drooling over all the gear.
Here is a photo from the craigslist ad, if all holds true I will be stoked. The guy just bought them from LR last month and had them installed on his RRS. He is moving for work therefore selling RRS and these wheels as he won't need it. From the photos they look great, he wanted $2500 for wheels and tires but I didn't want the tires, so $950 takes wheels and tpms. You gave me the idea for the wheels so thank you! And yeah a referral credit would be ideal!
