I had the same problem. There's a setting to add the 360° to the default reverse screen, I just can't remember where it is in the setup. I'll go look for it but if you poke around knowing it's there you might be able to find it.

Edit: There is a Default Camera View Selection option in Settings that will allow you to add the 360° camera into the screen when reversing.

You may need to hit the Settings icon when you're already on the camera screen in order to get the "Default Camera View Selection" appear. They sure make it tricky.
