Default New Discovery owner, Q about paddle shifters and rear A/C

New Discovery (LR5) owner. In general love the vehicle, but have a few questions for the forum: In Sport mode, the paddle shifters are active and I can downshift/upshift as necessary. But once engaged, I can't seem to get automatic shifting to re-engage without moving the shift **** back to D. Is there another way to remain in Sport mode and re-engage fully automatic shifting? Second, I did not get the uber-super-duper-comfortable-luxury-climate-package. The rear seat passengers can select another temperature, but there's only one fan speed across the entire car. Does the extra climate package add another blower? Does it also add any additional vents for rear seat passengers?

Thank you!

To re engage auto shifting try pulling and holding the shift up paddle for about 2 seconds. That's the usual JLR way to go back to auto shifting

The 4 zone climate is needed and adds a second blower with compressor located in side wall of cargo area.

It does add additional vents in ceiling and I believe on the floor of third row...
