I put 200K on my old LR3 with Kirkland 5w-30 oil. Good choice on brand.

I have almost the same vehicle, but a Landmark Edition. That dealer quote is very high for the warranty. More than double what I paid.

However, first make sure you can get the service history. If it was really a CPO, there will be one from any LR dealer. If something major happens, almost certainly the warranty won't cover it if you can't prove the SUV was properly maintained.

As others have said, change the fluids, at a minimum when shown in the schedule, but preferably earlier. But, despite what you might hear to the contrary, you don't need to do so at 1/3 - 1/2 of the time recommended and mechanics are split on the desirability to do so.
