Default No connectivity through SIM card

Hi everybody,

since 2 weeks my 2018 Discovery can't connect through the AT&T SIM card anymore as well as through a wifi network nearby. Everything worked fine for the last 6 months.

I just checked with AT&T and the card is ok and active.

Interesting enough, I can't move the sliders in the connectivity menu screen anymore either.

Any thoughts?

A few others have had issues with the SIM card reader, in some cases the dealer could update the software on the systems, and others had to replace the card reader.

Unfortunately there seems to be no reliable solution to reset the systems.

Thanks. I dug deeper into this last night. AT&T was able to confirm that the card is active.

Also, checked my in control account and it shows "No Data plan active". So that's probably the issue.

LR has a case manager on it. Will report back when fixed.
