So missed a few inbetween. Reliability with Carplay seems to be the biggest thing I have noticed. I can remote start and then use carplay. Before if I remote started , I would have to shut it off and on again for Carplay to work.
I have also unplugged and replugged without stopping/starting the car and carplay will work.
I read all the release notes and didn't see anything exciting. Looks the same.

Maybe some of the Carplay issues were actually helped with IOS 13? I don't know, hand't used remote start since last winter. Used it this week for the first time since it is cold now. But went from 18C to 19B and IOS 12 to IOS13 since I last used it.
How did you remote start? Is that an app feature? I have a 17 HSE that I thought had every option but I don’t have that

It's a feature in their app called "remote". Among other things it allows you to check the status and location of the Rover as well as keeping trip logs. Also lets you remotely lock, unlock and start it.

I got notified of an update today when in the car driving. I’m already on 19B from November 8th so I assume maybe there’s a 19C (assuming it isn’t a B point release).

Mine is updating as we speak to 19C. Do you know what the changes are?

That's interesting. Normally Ovalnews has the details on the updates including release notes. Nothing there yet.

I have not played with it much but it seems quicker between screen changes.

The biggest issue I had with the B update was the bluetooth going belly up randomly. Hope that is resolved.

I was hoping for a release note...

On 19B I experienced the voice directions on nav sometimes not happening while, for example, listening to a CD or streaming music from CarPlay.
Unless I accidentally hit a button to mute them without realizing it...

Hi,

My 2019 D5 is still on 19A2 and when I click on Software Update... it says that it is up to date. Service told me there is no update.

Has anyone received 19B OTA in California?

Thanks!

I did OTA to 19B a little while ago in CA. I checked today and it says up to date, no 19C for me I guess. It really seems staggered and flaky, as I had to look for the update a few times before it started. IIRC it took about 4 tries on the same afternoon.

It seems fairly random as I didn’t get offered 19B until maybe 3-4 weeks after some people on here, but 19C was offered up quickly while some others don’t have it yet. Maybe they pick a random batch of xxxxx VINs?
