Bought Discovery on the inter web and shocked to see the radio doesn't have SiriusXM compatibility. I know, I know .. dumb of me .. but never imagined a 2019 car wouldn't have Sirius automatically built in.

Can use the phone, yes .. but has anyone used any 3rd party options?

Of course there are the dash attachments from SiriusXM but looking for something built-in.

Don't be too hard on yourself. I'm in a 2021 build right now and expected it to be standard but no.
In my case, along with wifi, It's probably the only option I'm NOT taking. My wife loves the musical variety so she can't live without it in her car. Me, I don't care much for the sound of Serius so didn't renew after my first year in my last truck, I stream all my music.
I haven't tried but if you have carplay or android auto connectivity in the truck it may be able to look built-in and interact through that.

I think the best work around would be to have the Sirius/XM app on your phone and stream it through CarPlay or bluetooth.

 

If you are already a Sirius subscriber, you can download the SiriusXM app to your iPhone/Android and then use Apple CarPlay in your Disco.
