Stealth Hitches
I致e tried searching for information on adding a hitch to a D5 and it looks like Stealth Hitches has one of the only non OEM hitch package available.
I知 in the market for a 2018-19 Discovery HSE-TD6 and preferably with the Lux Pkg with the towing package. I would like to purchase a CPO for a little protection with a warranty. That being said I知 having a hard time finding what I知 looking for in my price range <$56k.
Has anyone used the Stealth Hitch and if so how did you like it? Did you go back to the dealer and have the ECM reprogrammed for stability control or did you just add the hitch and pull your trailer/boat? I知 a truck driver and have pulled double and triple trailers for over 27 years, so I知 no stranger to pulling trailers without ANY stability, just driver experience, knowledge and common sense.
Thanks for any feedback in my towing package dilemma.

As I understand it they do not have a OEM wire harness for the Land Rover. So you cannot program any of the LR specific features as the car doesn’t recognize that the hitch is there. Also because of their design you cannot use a WDH.
I think I have found what I'm looking for, or at least have a couple of options with a factory towing package.
I'm currently looking at an 2018 TD6 HSE Lux and a 2019 TD6 HSE. The 2018 does have higher miles 38K vs 17K, but I do like the extra features on the HSE Lux vs the HSE, but the mileage and factory warranty might win out.
