Surround Camera System Upgrade
Wondering if anyone has installed the Surround Camera System after they purchased the car? Mine only came with the backup camera and I am looking to upgrade to the full surround after driving a loaner that had one. The dealer has indicated that they will not do the upgrade and that this can only be done at the factory at the time of car build, but this does not seem right. Seems like a simple install. Does anyone have experience with such an upgrade using OEM parts or aftermarket systems?
Thanks,
Max

The parts are the easy part, the hard part is the coding/programming.
Features needs to be enabled thru their special interface, DOIP pathfinder or something like that.
I did look into getting lane departure enabled, but gave up due to the complexity and cost of the system.

I came from VW, got used to the 5052 system. JLR is very costy to "explore" in my opinion.
Here are some info that I found during my search:
2017 Land Rover solution: JLR DOIP VCI with Pathfinder or VXDIAG VCX NANO JLR? | OBDII365.com Official Blog
Original vs. China Clone JLR DoIP VCI Jaguar Land Rover Diagnostic Tool | OBDII365.com Official Blog
I have seen people in China do this kind of changes to the car, the issue here is the initial cost of the interface and enough donor cars to compare codes.
