JLR Spec:
All V6 diesel vehicles and V8 diesel vehicles with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)

SAE 5W-30 engine oil meeting Jaguar Land Rover specification STJLR.03.5005 or WSS-M2C934-B. If unavailable, 5W-30 engine oil to ACEA C2 specification may be used.

Ford Spec:
Motorcraft® SAE 5W-30 F-150 Die 30 F-150 Diesel Motor Oil XO-5W30-QFA
WSS-M2C214-B1

I run Mobil 1 5w-30 ESP in my 1 D5 and my 15 VW jetta Diesel.

ressurecting this thread once again apologies for that. I went to the local parts store to pick up more Mobil 1 ESP 5w30 for my D5 and usually on the back it says ACEA C2 this time I went there it says acea c3. I debated on buying it and didn't pull the trigger anyone know if I should use acea c3 or just go to the dealer and start buying the land rover stuff.

I use it. No problem at all.
