Default Wet Floorboards - 2017 Disco V

2017 LR Disco 5 HSE (w/ pano sunroofs) sat in the driveway most of the weekend during the "Atmospheric River" here in NorCal. When I went to the car to run an errand the edges of the interior floorboards were soaked and the car wreaked of wet carpet. No visible leakage from door seals. No visible leaks from windshield. Lots of Google and Youtube searches seem to yield older generation LR Disco issues with sunroof drain tubes. However, I wasn't able to find whether the Gen 5 Disco has this issue as well - any insights on this most appreciated.

Thanks

It's the windshield leaking. A known issue. Dealer should replace windshield for you.

Thanks for the reply. Is there any way to test this? I have not seen any visible indications that water is leaking from the windshield. I am seeing lots of posts on this forum in regard to the LR windshield issue on this particular model. Many are noting wet headliners and water dripping down. My vehicle's headliner is completely dry with no signs of water. Curious whether JLR is replacing windshields on vehicles that are out of warranty or whether folks are having to pay out of pocket or through insurance on these issues?

Official LR test procedure is to wet the outside perimeter of the windshield with a soapy water mixture and apply compressed air to the inside perimeter of the windshield. Look for bubbles outside.

Did you figure out what the issue was? Recent 2018 Disco purchase here, no signs of windshield leaking but rear doors are leaking and said leaks wreaked havoc on the window motor and switches.
