Never had a vehicle that I didn't know where the battery was. Didn't look real hard but wasn't readily apparent.

 

 

There are two panels in the rear-right cargo/3rd-row area. The closest to the rear door has a **** on the top and opens to reveal the jack. Once the first panel is off, there is a slide release for the panel to the left, which coves the battery. It's difficult to locate the slide release for the second panel, but it's a bar that runs across the top and slide towards the jack. Somebody gave some good advice to put a pull-tie on the slide to make it more accessible from the first compartment, which is a great idea.
