The one from land rover is $700 Canadian so I sourced one from amazon that works great for $120.

Found one on PartsGeek for $115US. I will report back on how it goes when I get to installing it. I found this video which a guy replaces his window regulator on his Range Rover, so slightly different, but still worth watching if not for the side entertainment in the video.

 

Great video to go off of the first time would take long next time it breaks (hopefully It doesn't) it took me 45 minutes

 

I received the regulator and jumped on the replacement Sunday AM. The only confusing part was trying to get the window support clips into the holes in the window bottom. I figured I would install it and just use the button to raise the window to move the clips into place, and heard the clicking sound confirming it worked. All good now and only one screw leftover.
