2015 LR4 cracked head gasket

2015 LR4 cracked head gasket
I found out today that my 2015 LR4 has a cracked head gasket and that the only fix would be a full engine replacement. I was quoted a cost of $25k for a new engine. Is this normal and can you not just replace the head gasket?
