Default Hello from San Diego

Hello all. I've had my '02 Disco for a couple years now and I've finally got around to finishing my 2" OME lift. She came out great and now time to save some money to start the next project.

Welcome!

Consider rebuild or replace front prop shaft next, and a 180F thermostat and Ultra Gauge.

Hi Ricardo:
I'm new too and live in Poway. What size tires can you clear with your lift? What color is your Disco??
Thanks,
Rick Adams

Hey Rick, I attached a photo in my previous message. My disco is the gold and with the 2in lift and 1in spring spacers I'm easily able to fit 265/75/16 on my ride.

Hey Ricardo and Rick, I'm in San Diego as well. Just joined the group, I've had my Disco II 2004 for about 7 months now, it's been a rough start, I've had to replace the engine and now the transmission (but she's worth it). Where have you been getting your work done on yours? My guy is honest, but not a Land Rover expert. I've gone with used parts, I would have liked to have gone with Atlantic British, but just couldn't do it.

Looks great! Slap a bumper on that thing, and she'll be perfect.
