Help - Wanting Land Rover
Hello from Texas!
i have been wanting a Range Rover, maybe an LR4 V8, and can’t afford a new one or one under warranty. I don’t know anyone who has one, but all I hear is they aren’t reliable and are expensive to fix.
I need somehing that will pull my wakeboard boat with room for my kids. I can afford $25k-$40k and am not cash strapped where I can’t pay for regular maintenance.
Am I a good candidate for a Range Rover or LR4 V8 (like the towing capacity) or should I just wait until I can afford a new one with a warranty?
Appreciate any feedback you may have.

First welcome to the forum.
Reliability has changed drastically for Land Rover since the LR3 hit the scene. I drive my LR3 everywhere. It pulls a tow dolly with another landy behind it no issues from GA to NY.
Do your maintenance, stay on top of things when the issue presents. Don't put it off, that's when Rovers bite you in the butt.
