My wife and I are about to have our first kid, and needed something bigger than my Mazdaspeed3. After much deliberation, we decided to go with a certified 2012 LR4. Wow, what a great truck.

oh yeah, also, we have a Wrangler that is my daily driver / toy.

Stage 1: buy a land rover
Stage 2: start college fund

you will miss the gas mileage of the mazda 3.

yeah after two tanks, that is becoming obvious. I didn't expect that we would get the same mileage as the mazda, but I was thinking it would be better than the Jeep. Looks like it's actually worse. Oh well. If I wanted to get better mileage, I would have gotten a prius.
