What year(s) should I look for and/or avoid? Price isn't so much an issue, however I don't want to spend more than needed. Any help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated.

I really like the look of the 2003+ style over the earlier models.

I am also pretty handy, having rebuilt motors and other items in the past. So, I am not scared to work on this truck,however I want it to be reliable and I don't want to worry about driving it on 500+ mile round trip trips.
